It was excellent home base for travelling to San Francisco, I was glad to stay there. The location was fantastic, just a pleasant stroll away from a petite park. The staff was fairly friendly, so I would stay here again.

Comfortable bed made it easy to sleep.
The room was filthy, with broken windows and dirty floors. I had to wait an hour for clean towels that never arrived, forcing us to use our shirts after a long day out. This lack of service was frustrating!

Had a good stay for the price. We had a reasonably large and beautifully maintained room with a double bed, loved it.

When I googled San Fransciso and cheapest motels, this place came up. It was a decision based on budget, but for the money I paid it was completely hopeless. When I stayed at the Days Inn la, I thought I had seen the worlds saddest complimentary breakfast, but no, America's "Best???" Inn truly takes the cake for the worlds worst complimentary breakfast. Coffee (no milk available) and dried packet crossaints no butter, no jam not nothing. Thats it! False advertising is what that was. The whole place was like a weird joke actually. The tap in my room didn't even work. This place was a rip off!

Easy to find.
Payed for breakfast, didn't get any. The staff was really unfriendly and not service minded. Not enough of parking, you had to leave your car key in the reception without any guarantees. We found a lot of long hair in our room, the room was not clean at all. Weak non-existent wifi signal. It was a noisy and unpleasent motel.

Good value for a brief stopover in San Francisco. The room was clean, but watch out for untrustworthy staff. Make sure to double-check your belongings before leaving.

The location was perfect to explore San Francisco by foot. Very close to fisherman's wharf and Lombard Street also. The price of this motel was very attractive also. Having a bus stop very close to the place, was a big plus also! The room was clean.
There was nothing I really disliked, there was some noise from the road and the a/c unit made some sound, but I am a heavy sleeper, so it wasn't much of a problem.

The location was great.
Room was super small for 4 people. Beds were not comfortable. My family and I were scared of the other people staying at the hotel.
